Welcome to Circle & Stone. I'm a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges through the integration of traditional counseling and creative expression.
I believe that everyone has an innate capacity for healing and growth. Sometimes, words alone aren't enough to express what we're feeling. That's where art therapy comes in -- it provides another language, one that bypasses our usual defenses and connects us more directly to our inner experiences.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. I work collaboratively with each client to create a treatment plan that honors their unique needs, strengths, and goals.

The Name
The circle represents wholeness, community, and the cyclical nature of growth. The stone represents strength, grounding, and the solid foundation from which transformation begins. Together, they reflect the balance of softness and strength that we bring to the therapeutic process.
